Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to customers under English law, Robinsons Ltd accepts no responsibility for the failure in product shipments where such failure is a result of our inability to do so or on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided that we undertake all reasonable steps to inform you of such within 14 days of the order. In such a case we will either not process any payments or issue a full refund immediately. Please ensure that in placing your order you allow sufficient time for the order to be processed to avoid disappointment in the case of the above mentioned inability or refusal.

Details of delivery

In most cases items are delivered brand new and boxed by our carrier, removal and disposal of packing is not included.

Please check goods for damage when the driver delivers and should there be a problem contact us immediately on 01507 522559 and we will arrange for the return of the damaged goods immediately and arrange for a replacement item.

No claim for damage can be made after the driver has obtained a signature upon delivery of goods.
 
Delivery times are normally between 3 and 7 days subject to suppliers stock availability. We make every effort to forward the goods to you as rapidly as possible, Delivery times are Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm, unfortunately no timed calls can be arranged.

Cancellation of goods

The customer reserves the right to cancel their order, up to and including 7 days after they received the goods. To do this the customer must give notice in writing, either by post or e-mail and return the goods within 30 days of notifying us. The goods must be returned in the same condition as received, any statutory rights are unaffected by this agreement.

If the customer wishes to return goods where there has been no error on our part, this will incur the original cost of delivery imposed by the carriers together with the cost of returning same.

We will reimburse the customer within 30 days of receiving notice of cancellation.

Disclaimer and Limitations on Robinsons Ltd Liability

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM ROBINSONS LTD AND ANY RELATED SERVICES, WHICH ARE PROVIDED BY US, ARE WARRANTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW, AND NOTHING HEREIN IS TO BE TAKEN TO EXCLUDE OR RESTRICT ANY RIGHTS WHICH RIGHTS, WHICH APPLICABLE LAW GRANTS TO CUSTOMERS IN RESPECT OF SUCH PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS MAY BE THE SUBJECT OF ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES GIVEN BY THE MANUFACTURERS DIRECTLY, SUCH WARRANTIES ETC. ARE NOT ENFORCEABLE AGAINST ROBINSONS LTD, BUT ONLY AGAINST THE PERSON GIVING THEM.
